Periodic vibration surveys are the best first-step toward increasing the reliability of your rotating equipment. Vibration analysis is continually proven to detect most equipment problems at an early stage, where maintenance can be effectively scheduled. This helps you avoid reactive and breakdown maintenance, with their high associated labor & parts costs. It also helps to increase the overall plant reliability, and decreases O&M costs.
We use AzimaDLI’s Expert-ALERT system & portable data collectors. With triaxial accelerometers & dual-frequency ranges sampled at each point, we quickly gather optimal low & high frequency data – up to 60% faster than traditional single axis methods. All data is analyzed quickly on-site, ensuring we find any impending failures quickly. We also support the very popular Emerson / CSI data collectors & software.

Turnkey Programs

Training, Setup & Remote Analysis & Support

We also offer data analysis services, whereby the site is responsible for data collection, and we remotely analyze the data. Data & reports are shared electronically, minimizing expenses, while leveraging our analysis experience & efficiency.

We review transducer applications & data acquisition settings on a per-machine basis, to ensure the data collected accurately captures the expected dynamic information & fault frequencies. We work with your personnel to thoroughly review data collection and analysis techniques, instrumentation setup, and database setup, and can provide periodic analysis of the data if needed.
